Florida heat moves a wall every single day. Ordinary paint can't move with it, so the same hairlines come back one season later. We coat homes in Stucco Flex — an elastomeric membrane that stretches across those cracks and stays sealed.
What we do
Stucco Flex elastomeric coating
A thick, flexible membrane rolled over prepped stucco — roughly ten times the film build of exterior paint. It bridges hairline cracks, sheds wind-driven rain, and keeps its stretch through the heat cycle instead of going brittle.
Every job starts with repair: we cut out and patch the structural cracks first. Coating over damage just hides it until the next rainy season.
Exterior painting
Full prep, caulk, and two-coat finish on stucco, block, siding, and trim. Sherwin-Williams and Behr product lines.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, doors and baseboard. Furniture wrapped, floors papered, and the room put back the way we found it.
Pressure washing
Driveways, pavers, pool decks, roofs and house wash. Soft-wash chemistry where pressure would do damage.
Driveways
Crack fill, resurfacing and sealing for concrete and pavers. Paired with our epoxy crew when a coating is the better call.
Stucco crack repair
Cut, clean, fill and texture-match so the patch disappears under the coating instead of telegraphing through it.
Soffit & fascia
Rot cut out and replaced before paint goes on, so you're not painting over the thing that's actually failing.

The membrane bridges it
A heavy elastomeric film spans hairline movement and stays bonded through the expansion cycle. Water runs off the face instead of wicking into the wall.
